Park Hours:
April – September 7:00 A.M to Sunset
May – August 6:30 A.M to Sunset

1	Alcoholic Beverages Are Prohibited.
2	Pedestrians Have the Right of Way
3	Vehicles Are Prohibited in The Park After Closing Hours
4	All Vehicles Must Be Parked in Parking Spaces Provided; Driving or Parking on Grass Is Prohibited.
5	Dogs Are to Be Kept on A 6 Foot Leash or Otherwise Secured.
6	Dogs Are Prohibited in Playground Area.
7	Food and Drink Are Prohibited in Playground Area.
8	The Use of Drones, Model Airplanes, Metal Detectors, Mini Bikes, Go Carts, ATV’s, And Like Motorized Vehicles Is Prohibited.
9	Skate Boards, Bicycles, And Like Vehicles Are Prohibited on Paved or Concrete Areas.
10	Open Fires Are Prohibited. (Charcoal Cooking Fires Are Restricted to Grills Provided by Park).
11	Moving Picnic Tables Is Prohibited.
12	Any Person Whose Conduct, Language, Or Behavior Conflicts with The Safety, Use or Enjoyment of The Park by Others Is Subject to Expulsion
13	No Bounce Houses, Water Slides, Sprinklers or Water Sprays are allowed in the Park
14	No chalk, crayons, markers on any other such items are allowed in the Park except by Town of Wallburg personnel or their designee.
